What is the check-in and check-out time?

During the winter months, we are ready to welcome you between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. We kindly ask you to vacate the premises by 11:00 AM.

Is the site easily accessible?

Our site, nestled in the forest, features sloping terrain. In winter, quality tires or a 4x4 vehicle are strongly recommended for access. If you prefer, you can easily walk to your dome or chalet, and our team will be happy to accompany you to your accommodation. Vehicle access is direct during other seasons.

 

Winter Access Conditions:

• By 4x4 vehicle when trail conditions permit

• In difficult conditions, you will be asked to park in our main parking area

• Our team will then drive you to your accommodation in a heated side-by-side vehicle with your luggage

• Your vehicle remains easily accessible, only 2 to 5 minutes walking distance from your accommodation

Are animals allowed?

The Forest Dome and Summit Cabin warmly welcome your four-legged companions. For an additional fee of $30 per dog, we provide:

• A comfortable bed

• A water bowl

• A gourmet Oh Lala de Sophie treat, from a local company specializing in natural dog treats

What should I bring for my stay?

You will find sheets and towels on site. You just need to bring your personal belongings and your food. Don't forget to bring your beach towel (for the spa) and your bathing suit.  Each dome and cabin has a complete private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). Your kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, two induction burners, toaster oven and all the necessary cookware. You also have a propane BBQ on your private terrace.

 

 What activities are offered nearby?

• Direct access to the Meruimticook trail which gives you access to more than 50km of hiking trails in the forest.

• Snowshoe trails in winter (snowshoe rentals available)

• Paddle board and kayak rental from our neighbor at Rest-O-Lac.

• Guided fishing in summer (must be booked in advance)

• Our public beaches

• Direct access to snowmobile trails in winter and ATV (3 seasons)

What is included in my accommodation costs?

The price of your stay includes access to a private spa, a propane BBQ with accessories, your bedding and bath towels are included with your stay. Please provide beach towels, since our bath towels are not for outdoor use.

Can we book more than one dome or cabin at a time?

Yes, it is possible to book more than one dome or cabin. Please contact us via email info@ekonatureglamping.com to make a group reservation. Please note that we accept a maximum of 4 people per domes and cabins.

 

How much for one night?

The cost to reserve a dome is $250/night + HST and the cabins are $250 +HST for 2 adults ($25 charge per extra person). Children are considered 12 and under.

We reserve a minimum of 2 nights on our website.  Please contact us by phone or email to reserve for one night.

 

What are your reservation and cancellation policies?

Booking Policy

• Minimum 2-night stay

• Full prepayment by credit card required at time of booking

• In case of refund, a $25 administrative fee will apply

• Free cancellation or modification up to 14 days before arrival

• No refund within 14 days of arrival

• In case of unexpected circumstances, contact us to discuss date modification options

 

Does each dome and cabin have a private spa?

Yes, each dome and cabin has its own private electric spa which can be used year round.

Is tap water safe to drink?

Yes, our water comes from a well and is fresh to drink.

​

How many beds are in the cabins?

There is one queen bed as well as a double sofa bed in both cabins.
