During the winter months, we are open from 3 pm to 6 pm. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. We ask that you vacate the premises by 11 am.

Nestled in the forest, our site features sloping terrain. In winter, quality tires or a 4x4 vehicle are highly recommended for access. If you prefer, you can easily reach your dome or chalet on foot, and our team will be happy to escort you to your accommodation. Car access is direct during other seasons.

Access conditions in winter:

• By 4x4 vehicle when road conditions permit

• In case of difficult conditions, we will ask you to park in our main parking area

• Our team will then drive you to your accommodation in a heated side-by-side vehicle, with your luggage

• Your vehicle will remain easily accessible, just a 2 to 5 minute walk from your accommodation

The Forest Dome and Summit Chalet warmly welcome your four-legged friends. For an additional $30 per dog, we provide:

• A comfortable bed

• A bowl for water

A gourmet treat from Oh Lala de Sophie, a local company specializing in natural dog treats

Sheets and towels are provided on site. All you need to bring is your personal belongings and food. Don't forget to bring your beach towel (for the spa) and swimsuit. Each dome has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Your kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, two induction cooktops, a toaster oven, and all the necessary cookware. You also have a propane BBQ on your private terrace.

• Direct access to the Meruimticook trail which gives you access to more than 50km of forest hiking trails.

• Snowshoe trails in winter (snowshoe rentals available)

• Paddle board and kayak rentals from our neighbor at Rest-O-Lac.

• Guided fishing in summer (must be booked in advance)

• Our public beaches

• Direct access to snowmobile trails in winter and ATV trails (3 seasons)

The price of your stay includes access to a private spa, a propane BBQ with accessories, and your bedding and bath towels are included with your stay. Please bring beach towels, as our bath towels are not for outdoor use.

Yes, it is possible to book more than one dome or chalet. Please contact us via email at info@ekonatureglamping.com to make a group reservation. Please note that we accept a maximum of four people per dome or chalet.

The cost to reserve a dome is $250/night + HST and the chalets are $250 + HST for 2 adults (a $25 charge per extra person). Children are 12 years and under.

We require a minimum of two nights on our website. Please contact us by phone or email to book a one-night stay.

Reservation Policy

• Minimum stay of 2 nights

• Full prepayment by credit card required upon booking

• In case of refund, an administrative fee of $25 will be applied.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

• Guests can cancel or modify their reservation up to 15 days before arrival.

• In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given.

• A $25 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations.

• Guests who fail to show up on their scheduled arrival date will be considered a no-show. A $25 fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

Yes, each dome and chalet has its own private electric spa that can be used year-round.

Yes, our water comes from a well and is fresh to drink.
